Open JourneyMemo and tap the + button on the main screen. You can then add a destination name, photos, notes, and a star rating. Entries are saved instantly and synced to your account.
Yes. When you're signed in, your journey data automatically syncs to our secure cloud backend (Firebase). Your memories are safe even if you lose or replace your device. Simply sign in on a new device to restore everything.
To delete a single entry: swipe left on the entry and tap Delete. To delete your entire account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
Try these steps in order:
1. Force-close the app and reopen it
2. Restart your iPhone
3. Check the App Store for a pending update
4. Delete and reinstall the app (your data is safely backed up if you're signed in)
If none of these help, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
When creating or editing an entry, tap the camera icon to take a photo or choose from your photo library. JourneyMemo will ask for photo library permission the first time you use this feature.
JourneyMemo is free to download and use. Core features including unlimited journal entries, photo attachments, ratings, and cloud sync are all available at no cost.
Yes. You can create, view, and edit entries without an internet connection. Your changes will sync automatically the next time you connect to the internet.
